DESIGN REVISIONS
Once our team has completed your design, we will reach out to you to go over the project. In the event that any revisions are necessary, rest assured that they will be executed promptly, taking no longer than one week to finish. We are happy to provide two rounds of design revisions to ensure that the final product fully meets your satisfaction and vision. You will then be presented with the final, refined design, accompanied by all the necessary specifications to bring your luxurious dream space to life!

What is included in my design package?
Here is what's included in your Dreamscapes design package:
- Complete redesign of your exterior space and property
- 3D conceptual renderings and drawings of your design
- 1 initial design + 2 revisions
- Contractor ready designs and builder plans
I don't live in Florida, can I still get a design for my home?
Yes! We create Dreamscapes Nationwide!
After I fill out the form will someone be coming to my property to give an estimate?
No need! Because we design for clients all over the world, our work is set up to be completely remote.
If you do live in South Florida we can schedule one of our designers to come out for a site visit.
Does every design include a front and backyard or does that cost extra?
Not necessarily. Our design will cover the areas that you specify you need help with. Our cost is based on the areas we are designing; i.e. just designing your back yard is less costly than doing both the front and back.
What if I don't like the design or the city/HOA has issues with the design? Do you make modifications to the design and how many changes are covered within the design fee?
There is a possibility that you may not like our initial concept, however we typically include 2 revisions in the design fee so that we can work to adjust the design to your taste based on your feedback. If the HOA or city has corrections required in our design we will continue to work with you to adjust the design or suggest changes to meet requirements requested.
I have children, can you create a design concept that keeps my family's safety in mind?
Yes of course! Safety is always our priority when we create our designs.

We are currently creating designs Nationwide but are only doing installations in Broward and Palms Beach County.
How do I communicate with the designers?
Once you have paid for your design, you will have a dedicated designer contact you that you can reach out to at any time by call, text or by email to discuss your project.
How long will it take for me to receive my design?
We have a 30 day turn-around time!
How do you create unique designs for each client?
We incorporate years of exterior design experience into a wide range of creative styles. We confidently offer a multitude of professional services to ensure that we can help you with whatever you are looking for and can be with you every step of the way from start to finish. Each design is made specifically for your project, and is never duplicated with another project. We want each of our designs to be as unique and special as each of our clients are, so there is a perfect fit every time.
Can you keep my design within a set budget?
Yes all of our designed are based on your installation budget!
How do I proceed with a design after it is completed?
Once your design is approved, we will move into the engineering phase in order to get all the documents necessary to pull permits for your installation.
